'Twas the night before Christmas at Robert W. Schmidt & Company,
Bob, Bev and Aimi hadn't noticed anything funny.

The office was decorated with garland and holly,
The last phone call was for Products Liability for a manufacturer of a dolly.

The agents were calling for applications and quotes,
On Vacant Buildings, Employment Practices Liability, and Ocean Marine for boats.

Just as we were headed out for the night,
Santa walked in dressed in red and white.

Apparently, all the elves wanted for Christmas,
Was to shop their insurance needs at our business.

Merry needed Real Estate E & O for her property sales,
And General Liability including Personal Injury in case an employee tells tall tales.

Angel requested Liquor Liability for her bar,
To cover her if a customer hit a car.

Professional Liability was requested for Nick's architectural trade,
As a job he was bidding required coverage in order to be paid.

Elfio was a pollution contractor and in order to get the properties sold,
He needed coverage while getting rid of the mold.

We were able to meet all the elves insurance needs,
And thanks to our help this Christmas Eve,
Our insurance certificates became popular reads.
