Special Event Liability Insurance provides coverage for third-party
bodily injury and property damage that may arise out of an event. Coverage can be
provided on a short-term basis for event organizers or exhibitors, or it can be
provided on an annual basis for event/meeting planners and other professionals.

- Liquor Liability - Standard GL policy provides host liquor insurance, which applies
when an insured is not in the business of selling, serving or distributing liquor.
Additional premium if one is in the business of selling, serving or distributing.
- Non-Owned/Hired Auto
- Inland Marine – Coverage for the replacement value of rented equipment by
the insured if damage were to occur while under the insured's control.
- Excess Spectator/Participant/Volunteer Medical Coverage – Coverage when a

insurance but acts as primary insurance if no other coverage is in place.

interest or liability at stake for your event. Most can be added to the policy for

Coverage is written on an admitted policy form, so surplus lines tax does not apply.
Event Cancellation Insurance protects revenue or expenses from
an event against cancellation, postponement, curtailment, relocation or abandonment
of the event for reasons beyond the control of the event organizer. Some of these
reasons might include adverse weather (hurricanes, tornados, severe winter storms,
etc.), venue unavailability (fires, floods, power outages, etc.), threats or acts
of terrorism and communicable disease outbreaks.

Prize Indemnity Insurance provides coverage for sporting-related
contests to be used as a promotional tool to drive event attendance and visibility.

Weather Insurance provides against revenue losses from adverse
weather conditions that reduce attendance and the sale of concessions, food and
- Cost Containment Weather Insurance – designed to contain costs associated
with abnormal weather conditions. Examples include snow removal costs in an abnormally
snowy winter, heating costs in abnormally colder winter or prolonged winter season,
or cooling costs in an abnormally hot season or prolonged summer season. Our seasonal
or annual coverage responds to pay or each and every inch of snow, or degree over
the budgeted amount.
- Income Stabilization Weather – business interruption tool in a simplified
format to a reduction in sales/revenue tied solely to weather. An example would
be a pay-for-play golf course that experiences a summer full of weekend wash-outs,
dramatically impacting their bottom line. Our seasonal or annual weather coverage
would respond to the business interruption, paying the insured an agreed upon limit
per day to offset the shortfall.
- Prize/Promotion Weather Insurance – designed to stimulate sales for many types
of retailers or manufacturers. If a certain weather event occurs on a predetermined
day, consumers receive a full or partial refund on purchases made during the promotional
- Golf Tournament Cancellation Insurance – provide protection of up to $25,000
for a golf tournament if it is cancelled within a 12-hour period leading up to the
start time, due to adverse weather conditions.
- Big Day Umbrella Insurance – wedding day rain insurance policy that pays out
an agreed amount if it rains a predetermined amount on the insured's wedding day,
at a specified location during predetermined hours.

Event Weather Insurance for rain is subject to a Minimum Premium of $250.00 including
fees. We can also provide Golf Tournament Cancellation and Big Day Umbrella Insurance
for a Minimum Premium of $200.00 including fees. All other weather coverages are
subject to a minimum premium of $550.00 including fees.
