  • ISO Construction classes 4, 5 & 6 (Masonry Non Combustible, Modified or Semi Fire Resistive, Fire Resistive) can now be considered for up to $20,000,000 TIV per location.
  • Garden Style Habitational can now be considered for up to $15,000,000 TIV per location (and up to $20,000,000 when excluding wind & hail)
  • New capacity can be used as full coverage or for primary or excess layers
  • New capacity can be used for loss limits, quota share and buffer layers
